Comments:

I thought I'd share a picture of some of my favourite mugs. They are serving me well today!
My shift is about to end, so I'm going to go off and read, and not resurface until I've at least finished Faerie Tale. So look for an update in about two hours! Again, my heartfelt thanks to everyone who left a comment.

Oh, before I go, let me do Meryl's Mini-Challenge:
'Facing the setting sun, you walk nine times widdershins--that's anticlockwise, lad--until you find the entrance to the land of the Good People.' He rubbed his face, forcing back to the surface long-forgotten lore. 'Once through the cave, you'll find a path.'

From Faerie Tale by Raymond E. Feist

Doesn't that make you curious? Happy reading everyone!

  2. I have been put off Feist as Alex hated The Magician. Will see what you think by the end of your book and then will see about opening my mind a little!

  6. Thanks so much for stopping by, everyone. You guys are the best. Heather, it wasn't a shift at work, it was a shift helping run the read-a-thon. Now I'll get to read, and then I'll be "on duty" again for the last 6 hours. I'm really not complaining, because helping Dewey and the others really has been fun!
